Abdur-Rasheed is an Arabic researcher with over 14 years of experience in competencies that cut across academic and administrative issues, primarily about Arabic language and Manuscripts editing activities. He is currently a Lecturer and researcher in the Department of Arabic, Faculty of Arts, University of Ilorin. He holds a B.A. Arabic from the prestigious Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, M.A in Arabic, Ph.D. in Arabic and PGDE in University of Ilorin respectively.
He has to his credit fourty two publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings, chapters in books. Dr. Abdur-Rasheed is a member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
