Abdus-Salam Babatunde Ambali is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Arabic & Transnational Studies, Faculty of Arts, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria with 7 years of university teaching, research, and administrative experience. He teaches Arabic Language, Literature, Criticism and Translation with three working languages: Arabic, English and Yoruba. His research majorly focuses on literary works of the Yoruba Arabic scholars that experiences multidimensional influence of Social and Developmental Issues. He holds Ph.D. in Literature in Arabic and Professional Diploma in Education.
He has to his credit twenty-two publications in reputable outlets covering journals, chapters in books and Books. He has successfully supervised a master dissertation while two Ph.D. theses are in progress. Dr Ambali is a member of many professional bodies within and outside Nigeria.
